How long will my order take?

Most orders take 5-8 business days to manufacture, however some can take up to 2 - 3 weeks depending on how much time in involved creating them. If you require something sooner or on a specific date then get in touch with us prior to placing your order - design@littlehcreations.co.nz and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been completed you will receive a shipping notification email from us. Once collected allow 1-3 working days for courier deliver (rural delivery may take a little longer)
If you haven't received a shipping notification please check your spam folder or contact us for an update. 

Do you allow pick up?

Yes we do! Our workshop is located in Drury, Auckland or you can also collect from Pokeno.
If you wish to collect your item once it is ready please use the code 'COLLECT' at the time of ordering to remove shipping. 
Only use this code if you intend on collecting, otherwise we will hold your item until courier fees are paid. 

How much is shipping

Shipping varies depending on the size of your parcel, where in the country you are located and if you live rural. Prices start from $8.00+

The best way to find out the exact amount is to add it to the shopping cart and calculate shipping fees.

How is my order shipped

We use New Zealand Couriers for standard parcels or Mainfreight for larger items.

Custom Orders & Designs

Just because it isn't on the website doesn't mean we can't make it. If you have an idea please email us at design@littlehcreations.co.nz to discuss.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Australia is available as an option at the time of check out.
Please email us if you would like to purchase an item outside of New Zealand or Australia and we can calculate international shipping charges. 

Payment Options

Payment options can be selected at the time of checkout, either credit card/visa debit, bank transfer, paypal or Laybuy.

Layby

No, Unfortunately due to the huge transaction fees these services charge we no longer offer layby. 

Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom made to order there are no returns or refunds.
If you are not happy with your order please email us to discuss.

For personalised orders please ensure the correct spelling/date etc is provided as we will produce exactly what is supplied.
No refunds or discounts will be provided if you supply the incorrect information at the time of ordering.
